Mr. Maxfield is of-counsel with a small law firm in the practice areas of business, real estate, 1031 exchanges, and estate planning. Paul has been handling 1031 exchanges for the last fouryears. He graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School – Brigham Young University and from Western Governors University with a Masters of Business Administration. Before practicing law, both as a solo practitioner and at a small law firm, Paul spent five years as a private real estate investor, buying and flipping homes.
